Introduction

Welcome, and thank you for supporting JoqniX. These guidelines exist to help clarify how fans, viewers, and supporters can engage with the JoqniX project in a respectful, creative, and safe manner.

We deeply value the passion of our community — from fan creators to supporters — and we welcome your participation under the principles outlined below.

This page covers three areas:

  • Derivative Works: Creating and sharing fan content (e.g., fan art, clips, music remixes)
  • Supporter Conduct: Expectations for behavior when supporting us or engaging with the community
  • Request to Minors: A firm stance on safeguarding minors and ensuring age-appropriate engagement with JoqniX content
  • Live Chat & Community Conduct: Etiquette and rules for real-time interactions during streams and beyond
  • Legal Terms & Brand Protection: Clarifying intellectual property ownership, usage boundaries, and responsibilities regarding JoqniX’s brand and fan creations

These guidelines apply to individuals and fans for non-commercial use only.

They do not grant permission to companies, organizations, or for-profit entities.

By engaging with any part of JoqniX’s content — including streams, visuals, music, or branding — you agree to follow the guidelines described below.

1. Derivative Works (Fan Creations)

1.1 Definition of Derivative Works

“Derivative Works” — also referred to here as fan creations or doujin works (同人作品) — are non-commercial, fan-made content created by individuals or small groups that are inspired by JoqniX’s content, design, story, or universe.
This includes:

  • Illustrations, fan art, 3D models, cosplay
  • Music remixes, covers, and AI vocal experiments
  • Fanfiction, lore expansions, or original stories
  • Clips, animations, memes, or video edits
  • Games, interactive works, or visual novels
  • Handmade merchandise and zines

These guidelines aim to support healthy creative expression by fans while protecting the JoqniX brand from misuse or confusion.

✦ Note: These permissions are for individuals and small doujin circles only. Corporations or legal entities must contact us for formal usage rights or collaboration proposals.

1.2 Scope and Application

These guidelines grant permission to:

  • Create and share non-commercial doujin works inspired by JoqniX
  • Publish your creations freely on social media, websites, and fan events
  • Reference JoqniX content, likeness, or character elements in a respectful and creative way

These guidelines do not permit:

  • Any form of commercial distribution or monetization
  • Misleading, exploitative, or inappropriate reinterpretation of JoqniX or affiliated content
  • Use of official assets (e.g., model files, logos, unreleased visuals)

1.2.1 Clarifying Non-Commercial Use

For the purposes of these guidelines, “non-commercial” means that your derivative works must not be used to generate personal or third-party income. This includes both direct and indirect forms of monetization, such as:

  • Uploading videos or music that contain JoqniX materials with ads enabled (e.g., YouTube Partner Program).
  • Offering early access or gated content through paid platforms (e.g., Patreon tiers, Fanbox, or Ko-fi memberships).
  • Reselling physical or digital goods based on JoqniX (e.g., doujin goods, merch drops, audio packs).
  • Accepting tips, crypto, or NFTs tied to JoqniX-based works (e.g., fanart minted as tokens).
  • Using JoqniX content to promote affiliate links, sponsored messages, or branded collabs.

Non-commercial does not mean "no payment required to access," but rather “no financial gain or profit derived.”
Even if you don’t charge for access, receiving donations tied to a JoqniX-based product counts as commercial use.

If you would like to explore monetization opportunities for a fan project, please contact us for explicit permission. Unauthorized commercial use of JoqniX content may result in takedown actions.

Not Allowed:

  • Tracing, copying, or direct editing of official art or assets
  • NSFW, hateful, or misleading depictions of JoqniX

Suggested Tags for Social Sharing:

Fan works tagged appropriately may be featured on JoqniX social media or streams (with credit), unless the creator requests otherwise.

1.3 Requests to All Creators

To ensure harmony within the community and maintain the spirit of the JoqniX project, we kindly ask that:

  • You clearly label your work as fan-made or “doujin” and do not imply official affiliation
  • You provide credit where appropriate (e.g., “Inspired by JoqniX” or “Fan work based on JoqniX”)
  • You avoid sexualized, political, discriminatory, or harmful themes
  • You regularly check for updates to these guidelines, as our project evolves

1.4 Content Guidelines by Category

1.4.1 Illustrations, Fan Art & Cosplay

Permitted:

  • Hand-drawn or digital fan art
  • Cosplay photos, makeup, performances or props inspired by JoqniX
  • Fan-designed concepts and alternate outfits (as long as respectful)

Not Allowed:

  • Tracing, copying, or direct editing of official art or assets
  • NSFW, hateful, or misleading depictions of JoqniX

Suggested Tags for Social Sharing:

Fan works tagged appropriately may be featured on JoqniX social media or streams (with credit), unless the creator requests otherwise.

1.4.2 Fan-Made Music & Audio Works

Permitted:

  • Covers of JoqniX original songs (once officially released)
  • Fan-made remixes, rearrangements, mashups
  • Use of JoqniX voice clips or stream audio in memes, edits, or remix content
  • Music videos or audio clips shared on platforms like YouTube or SoundCloud etc.
  • AI-generated covers or vocal reinterpretations, under specific conditions (see below)

Conditions for usage:

  • You must always credit JoqniX as the original creator (e.g., “Cover of [Song Name] by JoqniX”)
  • Include clear labels when using AI or heavily edited vocals (e.g., “Unofficial AI remix”)
  • You must link to the original song or source when available
  • Covers or remixes must remain non-commercial (no paid downloads, DSP [ Digital Service Providers ] releases, monetized use)

Not Allowed (General Audio/Music Restrictions):

  • Tracing, copying, or direct editing of official art or assets
  • Selling fan-made music through Bandcamp, Booth, Gumroad, etc.
  • Monetizing fan music content using YouTube ads, Patreon exclusives, or paywalls
  • Misleading thumbnails, titles, or channel names implying official status & pretending to be affiliated
  • Sampling unreleased, private, or behind-the-scenes audio
  • Redistributing original JoqniX songs or official stems without permission
  • Using JoqniX’s voice or music in NSFW, political, or defamatory works

About AI-Generated Music

We understand that AI is becoming a part of fan creativity. You may create AI-generated music or vocal content using JoqniX’s likeness under the following guidelines:

Allowed if:

  • Labeled clearly as “AI-generated fan work”
  • Remains non-commercial
  • Includes visible credit and proper disclaimers
  • Does not mislead listeners or suggest official endorsement
  • Respects platform rules and general decency

Not Allowed

  • NSFW, offensive, or defaming use of AI-generated JoqniX vocals
  • Deepfake collaborations or impersonation
  • Uploading AI tracks to Spotify, Apple Music, Bandcamp, or paid services
  • Using private or unreleased audio without permission

About Commercial Covers:

While we welcome Utaite-style covers and music creativity, we ask that fans do not upload any JoqniX-related music to paid or commercial platforms at this time (including Spotify or Apple Music, etc.) without written permission.

We may consider official licensing or remix opportunities in the future and will update our guidelines accordingly.

Suggested Tags for Social Sharing:

Please tag responsibly to help others discover or filter content. JoqniX reserves the right to request removal of any work that misuses our voice, brand, or platform.

1.4.3 Fanfiction & Written Works

Permitted:

  • Short stories, prose, and written narratives inspired by JoqniX’s world or character
  • Comics, doujinshi (non-commercial), and illustrated story formats
  • Lore explorations, alternate universes, what-if timelines, or speculative content
  • Character-driven dialogue, monologues, parody scripts, or stream-inspired moments
  • Non-commercial roleplay or themed writing for character-based communities

Conditions for usage:

  • Fanworks must remain non-commercial and freely accessible (e.g., AO3, Wattpad, Tumblr, Pixiv, etc.)
  • Must include a disclaimer such as:
    “This is a non-official fanwork inspired by JoqniX. All characters belong to the JoqniX project.”
  • Do not portray JoqniX in ways that conflict with brand values (e.g., hateful, abusive, defamatory)
  • Avoid inserting real people (including JoqniX, the creator, or fans) into stories without clear parody intent or explicit permission
  • If works include heavy emotional or dark content (e.g., trauma, death, psychological themes), include proper content warnings

Regarding NSFW and Explicit Works

NSFW doujinshi, fanfiction, or explicit storytelling involving JoqniX is not permitted in public-facing or official contexts.

Prohibited:

  • Sharing NSFW or R18+ JoqniX content using official tags (e.g., #JoqniX, #Konztellers, etc.)
  • Uploading sexually explicit or suggestive works on public, non-age-restricted platforms
  • Depictions that involve underage-looking characters, fetishized portrayals, or exploitative scenarios
  • Implying that JoqniX endorses or is affiliated with the work
  • Respects platform rules and general decency

If you choose to create mature content:

  • It must be kept private or hosted on appropriate age-gated platforms (e.g., Pixiv R-18)
  • You may not use official tags or brand names to promote or circulate such works
  • We reserve the right to request takedown or disassociation from any content that violates these terms

Not Allowed:

  • Commercial distribution of fanfiction or doujin-style stories involving JoqniX (e.g., paywalled stories, print books, monetized access via Patreon, Ko-fi, Gumroad, etc.)
  • NSFW or R18 works shared publicly or using official community hashtags (e.g., #JoqniX, #Konztellers)
  • Depictions of JoqniX or Onaixia characters in sexually explicit, exploitative, or grossly out-of-character scenarios
  • Using fanfiction to impersonate official statements, confuse readers, or mislead audiences into thinking the content is canon
  • Creating written content designed to harass, defame, or emotionally target individuals, including the JoqniX creator or members of the community
  • Republishing JoqniX’s official lore, scripts, or lines verbatim as your own without meaningful transformation or credit
  • Using JoqniX’s voice/music in political, NSFW, or religious works

Fanfiction Risk Clarification

We reserve the right to request takedown of fanfiction or lore-based works that misrepresent JoqniX’s characters, distort canon events, or are shared with NSFW content. All lore-based content must remain respectful and clearly labeled as unofficial.

Lore Expansions & Unofficial Wikis:

You are welcome to explore or reinterpret JoqniX’s world and lore through fanfiction or storytelling, as long as your works remain non-commercial and respectful.

We currently maintain an entry on the Virtual YouTuber Fandom Wiki for community reference. You may update this page with factual information (e.g., appearances, milestones, public lore) so long as:

  • It is clearly written from a neutral, non-canon perspective
  • All additions are based on publicly revealed content from JoqniX streams, media, or website
  • You do not upload personal speculations, unreleased details, or unofficial lore as fact

1.4.4 Fangames & Animated Works

We welcome fanmade games, visual novels, interactive tools, and 3D/MMD-based animations inspired by the JoqniX universe. These forms of creative expression are an exciting way to explore JoqniX’s themes, characters, and emotional storytelling. Your imagination is always appreciated — as long as it respects the core identity and values of the project.

Fangames & Interactive Media

Permitted:

  • Non-commercial fangames based on JoqniX or Onaixia themes
  • Visual novels, RPG Maker games, puzzle games, rhythm-based mini-games, and browser-based content
  • Games that interpret existing lore, characters, or emotional moments
  • Lore-inspired game experiences that reinterpret known events (e.g., alternate endings, memory-based quests, constellation themes)

Conditions:

  • All fangames must be non-commercial and clearly labeled as unofficial fan creations
  • A disclaimer must be visible at launch or in a credits/readme section:
    “This fangame is an unofficial fan creation based on the JoqniX project. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the creator.”
  • Characters must not be heavily misrepresented (e.g., extreme violence, offensive traits, disrespect to their core identity)
  • Please do not include NSFW or sexually suggestive content involving JoqniX or Onaixia characters
  • Payment models, crypto/blockchain integrations, or AI-generated clones are strictly prohibited.

Not Allowed:

  • Games containing sexually explicit, offensive, or disturbing portrayals of JoqniX or Onaixia elements
  • Monetized fangames (e.g., paid downloads, donations for access, in-game purchases)
  • Projects that confuse users into thinking they are official or endorsed
  • Use of closed-source, official game/audio assets from JoqniX without permission
  • Copycat titles, misleading branding, or reuse of “JoqniX” or “Onaixia” in game names in a way that suggests they’re official products

✦ Note:

Multiplayer experiences (e.g., co-op minigames or shared exploration) are encouraged if you'd like to share them during JoqniX community streams! Please keep such projects safe, fan-driven, and unofficial.

MMD & Animated Works

If official 3D assets are provided in the future, Fans may use them to create non-commercial animations such as MMD dance videos, music tributes, or lore-inspired short films if the following conditions are met:

Permitted:

  • Use only officially released .pmx, .vmd, or .vrm models or motions
  • Clear credit (“Model by JoqniX”) and appropriate disclaimers
  • Can be used for MMD dances, short lore-based videos, and fan tributes
  • Respectful, lore-appropriate, and non-commercial content only

Not Allowed

  • NSFW or suggestive MMD content
  • Redistribution or modification of assets outside license terms
  • Reverse-engineering or ripping models from streams or media
  • Using animations to promote sponsors, brands, or monetized projects

✦ Note:

These permissions only apply after official models are released.
Do not extract or replicate JoqniX models from streams or videos.
Renders and static poses are allowed only with official models and credit.

Future Publishing Possibilities

At present, all fangames and animated works must remain unofficial and non-commercial. However, as the Onaixia universe expands, we may explore creator collaborations through:

  • A Steam publisher page or curated developer tag
  • Official event submissions or creator showcases
  • A community-driven publishing pipeline under review

Until then, please refrain from publishing JoqniX- or Onaixia-related fangames to commercial storefronts such as Steam, the App Store, or Google Play using associated names, characters, or assets.

1.4.5 Fanmade Tools & Coding Projects

We welcome the development of non-commercial fanmade tools, utilities, and coding-based projects that enhance the JoqniX experience for the community. These may include companion apps, Discord bots, website features, or fan-built resources that support lore, streaming, or interaction as long as they follow the guidelines outlined below.

Permitted:

  • Discord bots for lore, quotes, or community interaction
  • Overlay extensions or stream helper tools
  • Companion web apps, lore compendiums, or non-commercial databases
  • Fan-hosted wikis or utility pages (with proper credit/disclaimer)
  • GitHub-based collaborative efforts with clear open-source licensing

Not Allowed:

  • Tools that collect or store user data without consent
  • Any project involving monetization or premium access
  • Tools that use official branding, logos, or identities in a misleading way
  • Software that mimics official platforms or misrepresents affiliation
  • AI-based impersonation tools using JoqniX’s voice, likeness, or identity
  • Republishing JoqniX’s official lore, scripts, or lines verbatim as your own without meaningful transformation or credit
  • Using JoqniX’s voice/music in political, NSFW, or religious works
  • Fan tools may not mimic moderation systems, scrape restricted content, or automate reposting using JoqniX branding. Tools should never access member-only or private streams.

Development Guidelines:

  • All projects must include a visible disclaimer stating they are unofficial and fan-created
  • Please do not use the terms “JoqniX” or “Onaixia” in project names, GitHub orgs, or app titles in a way that implies official support
  • We recommend including proper credits in your README.md, about section, or footer
  • If you're using any official assets (like logos or visual styles), written permission is required
  • Open-source licensing is encouraged for collaboration and transparency

Supporting Open Development

The JoqniX GitHub account and the Onaixia organization space may host official tools, documentation, and experimental assets in the future. These official repositories will be clearly marked and separate from fan works. If you're working on something helpful or would like to contribute, feel free to contact us for review or possible collaboration.

We're always thankful for passionate developers and toolmakers who help expand and support this universe. Please build respectfully, credit properly, and use your skills to uplift the community experience.

1.4.6 AI-Generated Content Guidelines

Definition & Scope

AI-generated content refers to any creative work produced with the assistance of machine learning models, including but not limited to:

  • Images (AI-generated illustrations, character portraits)
  • Voice (synthetic speech, voicebank remixes)
  • Music (AI-generated vocals, remixes, instrumentals)
  • Writing (AI-generated stories, lore, character simulations)
  • Videos (AI animations, memes, and audiovisual mixes)

This section provides guidance for using JoqniX-related material in such AI-assisted content.

Permitted:

  • AI-generated fan art or illustrations using JoqniX’s visual identity (for non-commercial use)
  • Use of AI-generated voices/songs under the #JoqAITunes tag (following rules from 4.2)
  • AI-edited or enhanced clips (e.g., meme videos, TikTok-style content)
  • Lore or scenario generation (e.g., ChatGPT-based storytelling) with attribution and non-defamatory context
  • Sharing content under appropriate tags to ensure discoverability and separation from official works
  • AI-generated illustrations or visual reinterpretations of JoqniX or Onaixia characters are permitted as long as they are non-commercial, clearly tagged, and do not mislead others into thinking they are official or traditionally drawn.

Not Allowed:

  • NSFW, harmful, political, or defamatory depictions involving JoqniX or associated characters
  • Training new AI models specifically on JoqniX's voice, likeness, or brand identity without permission
  • Uploading AI-generated songs or voices to DSPs (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) or monetizing through streaming
  • Using AI voice clones for impersonation or deepfake-style simulations
  • Misrepresenting AI works as official or affiliated with JoqniX

Best Practices & Requests:

  • Make clear that your content is AI-generated and unofficial (use disclaimers when relevant)
  • Respect the creative tone and worldbuilding of JoqniX and Onaixia
  • Avoid sensitive content or controversial reinterpretations
  • If you’re unsure whether your work fits, you're welcome to reach out for clarification
  • Open-source licensing is encouraged for collaboration and transparency
  • Creators of AI-generated content using JoqniX likeness are fully responsible for the output. Any violations of copyright, platform policy, or ethical guidelines fall on the user who created or distributed the content.

No Trainning

Fans may not use JoqniX voices, assets, or likeness to train or fine-tune machine learning models. AI-generated content must remain non-commercial, clearly labeled as unofficial, and must not be used for impersonation, NFT minting, or resale.

1.4.7 Fan-Made Clips & Highlights

Fan-created clips, highlights, and short-form edits are a wonderful way to help others discover and enjoy memorable moments from JoqniX’s content. These forms of creative editing are allowed — including monetized videos — as long as they follow the guidelines below.

Permitted:

  • Edited clips or short highlights from public JoqniX streams and videos.
  • Subtitled content, translated moments, or meme edits that add context or entertainment value.
  • Reaction-based edits, mashups, TikTok-style cuts, or compilation reels.
  • Reposts of clips with edits like zoom-ins, captions, sound effects, or jokes.

Conditions:

  • You must include clear credit to JoqniX in your description or video (e.g., “Clipped from JoqniX – YouTube.com/@JoqniX”)
  • Provide a link to the original stream or video whenever possible
  • Do not mislead viewers — use accurate titles, captions, and thumbnails
  • All clips must remain non-defamatory, safe for work, and true to the project’s tone

Not Allowed:

  • Uploading or streaming full, unedited videos or livestreams
  • Using clips to spread misinformation, impersonation, or harmful narratives
  • Sharing members-only, private, or paid content from YouTube, Twitch, or other platforms
  • Using clickbait titles/thumbnails that falsely imply drama or conflict
  • Claiming ownership via Content ID or registering clips as original IP

Clip Monetization Policy (Allowed!)

You are welcome to monetize your JoqniX clips via:

  • YouTube Partner Program (ads)
  • Twitch Clips Compilation Channels
  • TikTok monetization

However, you must not:

  • Paywall access (e.g., Patreon exclusives)
  • Sell JoqniX clip compilations
  • Claim Content ID rights against other fans or JoqniX

Clips may be monetized only if they are transformative (e.g., edits, memes, commentary). Reuploads of unaltered content (e.g., entire music segments or long gameplay chunks) may result in takedown.

1.4.8 Translations, Subtitles & Localizations

We’re grateful to supporters who help make JoqniX’s content more accessible through translations, subtitles, and language adaptations. These efforts help share the story, music, and experiences with fans across different regions and cultures.

You may create translated content under the following guidelines:

Permitted:

  • Fan-subtitled versions of JoqniX streams, clips, or music videos
  • Text-based translations of JoqniX lore, dialogue, lyrics, or web content
  • Bilingual captions or overlays for accessibility
  • Translations shared via tools like YouTube captions, Bilibili, Twitter, or Discord
  • Subtitled memes, edits, or storytelling videos
  • Captioning streams or VODs with translated chat comments (e.g., Twitch to Bilibili)

Not Allowed:

  • Monetizing translated content (e.g., selling translated books, behind-paywall subs, ad-monetized reuploads)
  • Misrepresenting translations as official (e.g., fake subtitles, altered meaning)
  • Uploading full unedited reuploads of JoqniX content with translations, without added value (e.g., commentary, curation, editing)
  • Posting translations that include harmful, NSFW, or defamatory edits
  • Removing JoqniX logos, disclaimers, or context from translated material

Guidelines for Respectful Translation:

You are welcome to monetize your JoqniX clips via:

  • Always credit the original source clearly, e.g., “Original by JoqniX,” and provide a link where possible.
  • If translating emotional or lyrical content, try to preserve tone and intent.
  • Clarify in your description or overlay that your subtitles or dubs are unofficial.
  • Avoid altering meaning to suit personal narratives or fandom headcanons.
  • If posting to Bilibili or other regional platforms, include hashtags or titles that distinguish fan-made translations from official releases.

Chinese Community Note:

Since JoqniX content is shared on Bilibili and other platforms without built-in translation, we welcome subtitle contributions and regional adaptations.

If you're creating subtitles for Chinese-speaking audiences, please:

  • Include credit for both the original creator (JoqniX) and the subtitle author
  • Avoid auto-translating with AI tools without checking context or accuracy
  • Do not remove JoqniX branding, disclaimers, or watermarks
  • Use appropriate tags like #JoqniX, #JoqLive, or your fan translation circle label

1.4.7 Use of Onaixia & Lore Universe Content

The Onaixia universe is the original lore setting of the JoqniX project — encompassing characters, environments, celestial systems, and narrative themes introduced through streams, debut materials, teasers, and future multimedia content. This fictional world and its figures are a key part of JoqniX’s identity, and we welcome thoughtful and creative fan interpretations under the following terms:

Permitted:

  • Fanart, fanfiction, comics, and doujin-style works featuring Onaixia characters, locations, or world elements
  • Alternate universe interpretations, lore expansions, and “what-if” scenarios
  • Use of lore elements in non-commercial fangames, animations, voice dramas, and worldbuilding content
  • Interpretations of celestial characters, mythic systems, or symbolic metaphors as part of fan storytelling
  • Non-commercial roleplay or themed writing for character-based communities

Conditions:

  • All works must be non-commercial and clearly marked as unofficial fan creations
  • You must include appropriate credit and disclaimers, such as:
    “This work is inspired by Onaixia, part of the JoqniX project. It is a fan-made, unofficial creation.”
